As part of launching our new platform called Customer Service Action, we want to share what positive change this will bring to the world of retail for both the consumers and brands alike!
We are therefore starting a competition where you will have the chance to win a £200 Amazon voucher!
This competition will take place on Customer Service Action's Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram channels from the 19/02/2020 until 05/03/2020 included.
A little bit about ourselves:
We are a platform which enables consumers to express themselves about their latest customer service experience via complaints or compliments.
But, because we believe actions speak louder than words, we are taking these complaints and compliments one step further by passing them on to companies, thus giving them an idea of how they performed and what needs to be improved.
How to participate:
By participating in our Stay Tuned competition, you will have the chance to win a £200 Amazon voucher!
You need to be of or over 18 years of age and live in the UK.
