What happened

We had a aggressive viewer in the auditorium, who in the end had to be dragged out by security. Not the company's fault at all in my opinion, but the Manager called out that we should drop by the bar on the way out, where they gave everyone a complimentary ticket. Nicely done and looking forward to more trips to this funky cinema chain.

The impact it had

Its nice when companies go the extra mile to make up for an issue that is really outside of their control. Looking forward to another date night at the Cinema!
