What happened
I'm a long time prime member and ordered a suitcase for my partner for Christmas,on next day delivery anyway it was a 2day delivery and when it didn't arrive I rang customer service and was told it was lost and would reorder it and it would arrive before Christmas so on Christmas it had not arrived I contacted customer service again and was told it was arriving as expected on the 29/12/19 I explained that it was a Christmas present and to cancel my order I got no apology .
What I wish had happened
That they had been honest with me if they had it wouldn't have ruined my partners Christmas
