What happened
I needed to ask for a refund for a product that didn't work. They actioned the refund immediately, told me not to bother sending the item back and two hours later the money was back in my account
The impact it had
Most companies make it really awkward to return a product. With service like this it inspires me with confidence to just order something and not worry about it not being suitable as I know they will deal with any issues quickly.
