What happened

I received 3 and 2 seater sofa. I paid extra to have the foam cushions so they would always keep their shape and not sag. Also when sitting on 3 seater sofa you sink into sofa and the arm it feels like a spring is broken. My sofa is 5 months old and after three upholstery technicians out to look at my sofa they say there is nothing manufactural wrong and this is normal. Absolutely no way. You sink into the sofa and the cushions look like they are years old. This sofa is not fit for purpose.

What I wish had happened

I would like a refund as I no longer like looking at this sofa
