What happened

I bought laptop from curry’s last year in March. In October, I accidentally dropped the laptop when I was coming downstairs. I contacted the teamknow how and asked them repair as I had extended warranty. They returned the laptop by saying that I have neglected laptop, therefore they refused to repair it.

What I wish had happened

I want to return the laptop and get my money back.
