What happened

After a rocky start in December, I can safely say that DPD have never failed me yet, unlike other companies such as Hermes, they communicate well if I’m not going to receive my parcel and keep me updated via the app on when I’m getting. My delivery driver Rafa is awesome and always polite. I am very happy with their service

It makes me have faith that if I see DPD is my amazon courier for my packages, I will have a brilliant service
