What happened

Once again, I was due to receive a delivery from Hermes and have received a message saying they have made several attempts to deliver .... I have been in all day and had even added delivery to a safe place so, if they thought I was out, why not leave it there? Because the truth of it is, this awful company tells lies! This has happened on a regular basis and, just as bad, cannot even take ownership of the problem by speaking to you. I think all Hermes customers should look at this delivery problem with Hermes as they are paying this company for a service that they do not provide and change to a reliable, honest company otherwise, the paying companies, will start to loose their customers due to an unreliable delivery service.

What I wish had happened

That Hermes would deliver when their messages said they would and did not tell lies about attempted deliveries to cover up ... is this a driver or company problem? I would like Hermes to deal with issue instead of letting it continue... or do they not really care?
