What happened

We are booked to go to Portugal in September but as we all know Portugal is a no go country to travel to according U.K. Gov so we have hundreds of times emailed EasyJet even their CEO , tried calling dozens of times kept holding on to listen to mind numbing music for over an hour still no one answers! All we want to do is speak to someone to get a refund as it looks like we won’t be flying especially from London Southend where we should be fly from. Mr Robert Crosby

What I wish had happened

Would have been good to have got an email back with answers or for someone to answer their phones!
