What happened

Amended a holiday on 27th March 20 which was due to depart on 4th May 20. The holiday I chose was cheaper than my original booking. Was advised that I would receive the difference in price within 3-5 days. Now on day 78 (working days). Emailed and telephoned company to be told that finance are dealing. Booked on line. Paid by direct debit.

What I wish had happened

Refunded in a timely manner.
