What happened

My cooker packed up yesterday it’s less than 11 months old and all I have to cook on I spent most of yesterday ringing different departments held on got disconnected my mobile phone bill is noe way over my price cap I’m a 73 year old lady with numerous health issues please can you help

What I wish had happened

To be able to speak to someone to get this cooker replaced or repaired so I can cook
