What happened

My holidays was cancelled on 17 March due to COVID 19. I was due to travel on 7th April. I accepted the credit note from lh burr it’s turn out that notes cover only hotel cost and flight will be refunded by cash. I suppose to fly with Tui. I spoke with tui in April and requested a refund. I been told by them that they will pay lh as they paid and lh supposed to refund me. Up today I don’t receive any money. I contacted tui today and been told that my refund still wasn’t processed

What I wish had happened

I just want my money back. I’m single mum and I saved long for this holidays
