A complaint about Ryanair

What happened

Booked flights to Lanzarote last year for July. Spain is now on the list and we would have to quarantine for 14 days on return. We would like to follow government advice and postpone our flight. To change our flights to next year (2 adults and 2 children) it will cost £520 plus fees making it £660. The flight is actually a bit cheaper but you don’t get that taken off the fee. We have already paid £1500 for the flights. I’m not asking for a refund. Just for the flight to be changed. In this current climate where are we going to find this extra money? The customer service of this company is absolutely disgusting.

What I wish had happened

I would have liked Ryanair to change our flights with no added fees due to the coronavirus pandemic. That would be the right and moral thing to do.
