What happened

They are refusing to give us a refund that the government have told us not to go on as it is not essential travel. We got our first flight cancelled so changed to another date then the government brought out the essential travel only. I have phoned and emailed everyday. I received one email back saying I could swop flights again but as we have already booked for next year we can’t rebook for next year. They have refused a refund

What I wish had happened

That they cancelled the flights and refunded our money
