What happened

I don’t want to travel to Spain, I have been offered vouchers or change flight dates within a 12 month period. I am unable to fly in the next 12 months and asked for a refund and they have declined.

What I wish had happened

A full refund of the money I have paid, the government are advising don’t travel to Spain
