What happened

I have booked a villa holiday in Spain and was told by the company that we would be covered under ATOL protection regs - also that they are a member if ABTA. Since the FCO advice came out I've been unable to contact them to either re-arrange or get our money back. If we could do either of these things then we could save our holiday but without any contact its impossible. And we have no idea if or when we can get a refund. On the website it says vouchers only which is totally out of step with the industry. Tui just applied refunds straight away

What I wish had happened

I want someone to contact me and assist us with re-booking or a refund. I only want a telephone call!
