A complaint about Ryanair

What happened

On 26 / 01 / 2020, I purchased flights to Malaga for £632.29 from Ryanair using my HSBC credit card. We are due to travel on 15th August 2020. I am claiming that Ryanair is in breach of contract because The FCO have advised against travelling to Spain unless essential due to the new quarantine rules . We are unable to quarantine as my husband works for the NHS and I work for the civil service and my son needs to return to school. Please Can you advise what are rights are in this matter.

What I wish had happened

Be able to change date of flights or cancel and have money back
