What happened

I booked a hotel in fuengirola for Christmas- and then booked their transport but made a mistake of the date and collection- so within a minute I contacted them and heard nothing despite sending 30 odd messages until today- 5 weeks later!- they more or less said tough- they wont change the dates and wont refund. I had already said I would cancel the holiday if it was not resolved and they said well you lose £143 then- they have done nothing for this money and what happened to cooling off periods? Maybe the reason they would not reply- the worst customer service ever.

What I wish had happened

I wanted them to change the date for collection immediately- cant be to difficult as its months away-and if they wouldn't have done it then I would have cancelled then. They should not be advertising a taxi service - and I wanted more info on the hotel as we have a baby coming along- but no replies on their site on facebook or anywhere- you cant phone them and now they have taken the chat line off.
