What happened

I booked a package holiday with love holidays. My hotel has cancelled. But the company is refusing to pay me back my flights. They Tell me to contact Ryanair myself. Even though I booked through love holidays all paid for to love holidays. I contacted Ryanair they are refusing me a refund as the flights are going ahead but part of my holiday has broken down!

What I wish had happened

For the company to refund all my money not just the hotel refund
