What happened

Ordered a Samsung phone price £149,99 phoned up customer services on the 19th August 2020 as I had a problem renewing my argos card, they told me that my phone was waiting for me until the 31st August, in the mean time I was trying to speak to advisers about my argos card. When the kept passing the buck got cut off 4 times. Waited till Saturday had to travel about 15 miles one way, I was ist in the queue got to the till asked for my email address and mobile they said they have no record of it, fuming, they tried to find the mobile on line couldn't fine it then the sales assistant said that am I sure as you will not get a Samsung phone for less than £499 she said contact customer service and I said they are use less, when I got home I found the phone I was looking for on argos website forgot to say the adviser on the Wednesday said I would get a text, never got one, I am still fuming now there is no customer service

What I wish had happened

Nice to have a customer service that works there are to many departments and live chat poor
