What happened

Due to government restrictions we could not fly to Tenerife 28 th aug are hotel closed due to Covid got a full refund have filled in 3 complaint forms with ryain air which I have had no response to they wanted another 1200 pounds to change our flights plus we lost 1900 pounds

What I wish had happened

A free flight change ryain air are helping customers who booked in the pandemic but not existing customers who booked pre pandemic
