What happened

I've got 4 parcels to send but the scanner is unable to scan them. Its Hermes system thats not accepting even though they are in the system the courier cannot collect as they won't scan. When i ring Hermes they tell me they are vinted parcels and to speak to them then hang up, its an automated call.
