What happened

Requested refund have been delayed since 19th October 20. Base individual purchased flight tickets under terms & condition and EU regulations apply. Your reference: eSky booking: 2543420424 BA 033 - SCDLIA Date : 1st October 20. London Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

What I wish had happened

Refund issue should be addressed soonest possible.
