What happened

They have taken payment for the year but I have cancelled our subscription, they have said they will issue a refund but it has been nearly a month and we have not received it. They only means of communication is through there chat box but they are never there when I am because of the time differents.

What I wish had happened

An instant refund once they had accepted the cancellation.
