What happened

Cancelled my flights for september in August but still no sign of a refund. They owe me over £1000. I've been trying hard to get hold of them but when I do they just keep saying I'm in a queue.

What I wish had happened

I would appreciate if someone would just be honest with me and tell me how long it actually is going to take to recieve my refund. I am actually in doubt if I am gling yo recieve my hard earned cash back. I have 2 children and work in the hospitality industry so at the moment it seems my job is unsafe. Therefore I am in need of the money.
