What happened

I purchased an electric cooker and it blew up just after the 12 month warranty. I contacted both Argos and bush (it's a bush branded cooker) and hit a brick wall. They were not even helpful or nice, I was practically laughed at.

What I wish had happened

I would like Argos/bush to send someone to fix the oven as I believe it should operate for at least 5/6 years so there must be a manufacturer fault for it to have broken so quickly. I don't think 12 months is a good enough warranty for such an expensive item.
