What happened

We were due to have a cooker delivered and installed on the 4th November abs our old one taken away. On that morning my husband got a voice mail from delivery company DHLsaying due to problems with drivers it would not be delivered. We tried calling DHL back but they don’t answer abs we were on hold for 2 hours. I rang Argos that evening who said they would get in touch with DHL and get them to call us within 48 hours, this did not happen. We have tried contacting Argos on social media but again this is a waste of time. We are just not getting any answers or help.

What I wish had happened

Argos to phone abs rearrange a new delivery date. We did get a text offering 18th December!!! We messaged no and again heard nothing more! We would also like an apology. We have no working cooker and this is urgent.
