What happened

My 10 month old sofa’s electrics fail 12 days ago and they have fail to get back to me. I have email, messaged and called. I spoke to Caroline who is very nice and she passed on emails and messages but no response from the person who is meant to be sorting it. I am recovering from COVID and also have other health issues which I have told them about, but do they care! I have been left with an uncomfortable sofa, with the leg rest half way down. Awful service.

What I wish had happened

Fix the electrics on the sofa so I can use it again.

Where this happened

Other - I have email, called, messaged, Instagram messaged, online form filled in and been into the store.
