A complaint about Asda

What happened

I cancelled an order with ASDA on the 29th October, on the 31st they still charged me. After numerous calls asking where my refund is they said it’s on it way, any way I phone my bank to see if it’s pending they said ASDA needs to authorise it, which they are yet to do! My bank wants proof from ASDA via email with the cancellation date, last 4 digits of my card and authorisation number. ASDA has said they can’t do that because they don’t do emails!!! WTF. So I have now opened up a dispute with my bank and will probably only get my monies back on the 1st December!!! ASDA WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY OUT OF ME!!!

What I wish had happened

I would have liked my refund in 3 days liked ASDA promised.
