What happened

I bought a new cooker in February but it's stopped working, it's faulty and I can't get through to Argos on phone or chat internet as they keep me holding on for hours and I run out of airtime. I got in touch with an agent via Facebook, they said I'd get a call back but nobody called, this has been going on for months and now I am worried I will be left with no cooker for Christmas. I am a key worker and haven't got time to keep chasing them or being ignored.

What I wish had happened

I would have liked my cooker replaced for one that is not faulty
