What happened

Bolton Shopping Park Argos 14.11.2020 a young women was very kind, approachable and had excellent customer service despite a number of rude and disgraceful members of the public who were speaking to her like she wasn’t even a human - she was fabulous and to this customers who treated her badly as there was a problem with the Argos app - shame on you

To be mindful of how I speak to people and remember to use her professionalism if someone was to speak to me that way in the future - she had class
