What happened
Hotel booked for Benidorm spain all hotels closed and not opening till next year asked not to take balance on something that’s going to happen but they did and did not respond to my emails messages etc unobtainable on the phones I did a charge back on my credit card which I’ve now had back but there are thousands of people stay I because of this company
What I wish had happened
That this company is made to refund people there money I’ve booking with another company who didn’t take my final balance and refunded my deposit
