What happened

Placed an online order for delivery on the 28/11/20. Due to the amount of items substituted/not available on the day I called customer services to see if I could cancel what was left and was advised to refuse the order at the door and I would receive a refund in 3-5 days, which I did. Monday morning 7/12/20 I called customer services again as had not had refund, was advised it would be raised with relevant department and I would be refunded in the next 24-48 hours. Called again this evening (still no refund) 9/12/20, once again told the same thing but was advised it would be an e-voucher...I made it very plain I would not accept an e-voucher as I would never shop there again and insisted on money back to my account. Again told to wait 24-48 hours and would get an email from customer services about my refund. Within a few minutes of the end of the call received an email from ASDA with a £10 e-voucher.....the amount I am due is £117.82. Have still received no other communication regarding my money from ASDA and appear to be being fobbed off

What I wish had happened

I wish they had fulfilled their promise to refund my money within the time frame I was given (which was bad enough at 3-5 days).
