What happened

I purchased a birthday present on the 21st of October 2020 it was suppose to be at the click and collect location by the 31st, I’ve sent numerous emails with all the details but nothing has been done, I’ve probably sent over 12 emails highly frustrating because I just get the same answer back with different customer service people.

What I wish had happened

I would like a full refund and a bit extra for the hassle
