What happened
Ordered a Dining table, chairs and bench on 24th Oct was told 5-8 weeks delivery but added an extra week on due to COVID and being close to Xmas which took us to Xmas. Haven’t heard a word at all since placing the order and paying £700 deposit. Have tried to contact several times before Xmas to see if we could receive any updates. Phone line constantly answerphone which puts the phone down on you and no emails are ever answered. Have been in store twice to which the manager has nothing to say and all she can say is I can email customer service the same email I reply to so if the store manager can’t get a reply what chance have I got as a customer.. all she would offer is me to email a complaint to which all she would do was forward it to customer service email address as I would. They have no internal communication to sort issues out. 10 weeks later still no contact cannot get a reply and £700 in their pocket for absolute nothing back. If I cancel the order I’m being told I will loose a percentage of deposit what I’ve paid. Customer service is absolutely shocking as you receive none. Would not use or recommend this company I would only make sure no one shops their again!
What I wish had happened
Receive customer service and after care as you should when spending a decent amount of money to keep their company going!
