What happened
I purchased some trainers about 8 weeks ago and returned them through their online returns for a refund with Hermes then 2 weeks later the same trainers were returned back I sent them back again with a letter inside explaining error They received item in 26th November at 10 am as I tracked them I still have not received refund neither are they responding to my messages I have used resolver but they are not responding to them either
What I wish had happened
For them to at least reply with an update on my return and to finally receive my refund
