What happened
i placed an order with river island. However the order never arrived. i called customer services who agreed to a full refund in 3-5 working days. on the 5th day i received another email from river island customer services advising that the payments team have refused to refund. i called the and emailed them and were faced with lying and rude staff.
What I wish had happened
full refund or send parcel
