What happened

i placed my first ever order with river island. However order never arrived. when i called customer support they advised that order was delivered. when i confirmed that i did not receive the order, customer support agreed to full refund within 3-5 working days. on the 5th day customer support emailed me advising that the payments team has refused to refund the order. and advised me to raise a chargeback with my bank. no parcel no refund. and customer support was rude and arrogant.

What I wish had happened

full refund or send missing parcel
