What happened

Ordered 2x2 seater settee and a chair on 13 October for delivery at end of November. It is now 21 January and still no delivery. When you phone them they never answer,send emails and it takes ages to reply. I have been given at least 4 different delivery dates none of which have happened. I have now sent them an email saying l wish to cancel my order.
