What happened

At the end of January I returned a parcel using Hermes for the first time. Pick up confirmed on the Hermes website, but the parcel never arrived or moved any further on the site. I reported it on the site and got an automated email saying looking into it on the 6th February. I have no further communication. If you call it’s automated and just tells me my parcel has been picked up and the website the same. There is no email to send to and I don’t get a response on Twitter. I now can’t get a refund for my retuned items as they are not received. I also can’t claim from Hermes as they won’t respond

What I wish had happened

Just some kind of response and a form to claim from them
