What happened

Ordered a click and collect for Monday at my nearest branch. I ordered on Friday delivery was a weeks time so went with click n collect... safe to say got my email saying ready for collecting,upon booking a taxi as dont drive so there was another 40 pound on top of my order I left to go get it,made a call to adsageorge who told me both items was there... upon arrival only one was,the other was lost in transit!!! So again I explained my emails said it was both there but no... 100 short!!! Wasted journey.

What I wish had happened

I should of picked up my order like ot stated..but no was lied too and now nearrly 100 loss.
