What happened

Every single time I order something that is delivered by Hermes I get this message "your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address". What they actually mean is they are simply too lazy or don't employ enough staff. Give a proper reason for being late or at least be honest.

What I wish had happened

Deliver on time. Failing that give a reasonable and timely explanation of why you cannot do so.
