What happened

2 holidays got cancelled due to covid early 2020, have been waiting for a refund, everytime I call india I got told it would happen in April, then told the money would be in my account by end of April, then told to wait another 24hrs, then another 48 hours, now they dont even answer their phones which i assume is because of their current situation with the Indian variant, no money, no way of contacting anyone, will I ever see my money...

What I wish had happened

That I had never bother to ask for a refund and used the credit note that I was offered, now I doubt I will get anything back and no holiday
