What happened

We were expecting a delivery from Amazon UK today , we were told that the item had been delivered, but it had not , now we can not even track the delivery, when my wife asked for an explanation, she was told that nothing can be done until Tuesday, this is discussing, how can a big company like Amazon act like this

What I wish had happened

We would like a full refund
