What happened

We have flights to Portugal on 12th July, even though on Amber Ryanair expect us to fly, they won’t give a credit or refund and say then offer a free transfer service to another flight, we went to move our flights to next year and they wanted an extra £600, if we book these flights as new flights they were £600 cheaper, it’s just awful what they are getting away with!

What I wish had happened

Ryanair should have been letting people transfer flights for no fee unless the flights were more money then you’d expect to pay the difference?
