What happened

I purchased a weekend break but was unable to use it due to the lockdown restrictions. When the restrictions were lifted, I booked a date but the venue then cancelled the booking. Wowcher have said that they will not refund my purchase cost, but will only give me a Wowcher Credit to use on another if their products, but the voucher is due to expire next month

What I wish had happened

As the venue cancelled my booking, I should be given a full cash refund to my account
