What happened

Armchair bought 18 months ago. Leather peeling. They sent an assessor to look who on the report has made blatant lie. Reported something I never said. Now blaming peeling on mr cleaning it as balm has crept under material causing discolorao. It’s not discoloured it’s peeling. Argos refusing to do anything unless I pay for an independent assessor which I cannot afford.

What I wish had happened

They had got their facts rights and the assessor hadn’t lied
