What happened

Tried to purchase an Apple Watch at £199 on line I had 2x Love2shop vouchers both had £50 on each total £100 and the rest on my Visa card done everything I had to on line and wanted delivery so total to pay was £102.99 on my visa with my vouchers all went through fine the last second it said there was a problem and couldn’t do the payment so asked me to do it again but when I looked on the bank the money had gone out so I couldn’t do it again After about 6 hours the money was put back into my account so I went back online to try again to find they had took my voucher money as well but not put that back so I’m £100 down from my voucher with no order number so can’t get any help unless I’ve got a order number how do I get my voucher money back as that was birthday presents from family so I could get the watch I wanted ?

What I wish had happened

Just put my voucher money back or realised they had had it and refunded me
