What happened

I have been trying to change flights for seven people, departing London Standsted tomorrow 6th August. It has taken over eight days. I want to change flights to next year. On day five, we managed to get to a chat bot. The person agreed to change our flight to next year, for a price of £395. However, they changed to today by mistake. As soon as they agreed they had made an error, they cut off the chat. The money has been taken, yet no refund. I have all the photographic evidence of the entire conversation and acceptance of error. Booking ref J8N5MZ. I ask that a refund is paid and I am still eligible to change our flights. The total cost is now over £1800. We have tried to contact for an average of 4 hours per day for over 8 days.

What I wish had happened

We were able to change flights as per the agreed terms and conditions. We were deducted another £390 for yet another Ryanair error.
