What happened

Brought trainers on line and stated to place parcel at back door if wasnt in..parcel was delivered photo of it in bin not back door .. parcel had been stolen but sports direct say it was delivered and placed out of view in a safe place.. how can putting it hanging out the bin be safe so in meantime £30 for nothing

What I wish had happened

Just want my money back as they failed to follow instructions and out at back door .. told sports direct things get stolen if left in view
